Whats the best aromatherapy essential oil to use for handmade soap?

I was planning on making a small batch. Wondering what other soapers have liked in the way of aromatherapy essential oils (as oppossed to perfume fragrance) oil.

I know a lot of them aren’t suitable for handmade soap because of the termperature or expense. I was thinking of orange, patchouli or cedar.

Any suggestions?

Body Odor: A Sign of a Toxic Colon?

Did you notice that cheeseburgers, French fries, candy bars, and margaritas weren’t on the list? Neither was white bread, pasta or potato chips. In fact, eating the diet that nature designed for us is pretty much an anomaly these days - and also for the generations before ours.

And with this alteration, there is, of course, going to be an effect.

The effect is that waste doesn’t get pushed out of our bodies as quickly as it should. You might be surprised to know that in the few remote cultures on Earth that still follow a natural diet, it’s common for the people to have three bowel movements each day: one about thirty minutes after each meal. But in most cultures today, that too is an anomaly. When you understand how much trapped waste most people have in their colons today, you’ll know why it’s a common occurance for people to produce body odor, after just a couple of hours without washing.

Providing A Back Massage

They believe that if you can’t acquire that complete body rub down experience, the second best alternative would be a back rub.  This is true.  A back rub can give a very comprehensive and deeply soothing pleasure, not merely for the back, but for the entire body.

This is the reason why lovers would request for massages from one another from time to time.

There is no query pertaining to the wonderful encounter that a back rub can offer.  In reality, if there was a handbook for affairs, offering back rubs would be one of the chapters for the same.  Although, not every individual is knowledgeable enough to provide a satisfactory back massage.  Like all rub technique, a back rub is an art form that requires the right strokes, the proper motions, and the proper spots.

Thinking of providing your other half a refreshing back rub before sleeping?  These are easy-to-understand guidelines on how to deliver a great back rub.

1. Keep in mind that a back massage depends heavily on even, incessant, purely connected movements.  There should be no abrupt divergences from the movement of your hands.  There should be no instant alterations with the force you are putting on.  There should be no sudden  changes from the course your hands are trailing.  All should be faultless.  Everything should be related to one another.

2. Initializing a back rub is rather easy.  Ask your partner to stretch out on her front.  Put your hands naturally on the surface of her back.  Launch near the shoulder portion.  Smoothly apply light pressure and drive your hands down towards where her spine is situated.  Then lightly operate your path up to the initial spot, appling the shoulders some small rubs in the progression.  Apply this for around 5 minutes.

3. Request her to direct her face to her left so that you may be able to work on her other shoulder.  Squeeze-caress her other shoulder, from the bottom of the neck leading to the joint connecting the arm.  Employ as much force as tolerable, but bear in mind to make such force consistent, signifying no sudden variations.  Do this for 2 minutes, then ask her to move her head to her right so that you can work on her other shoulder for another 2 minutes.

4. Utilize your thumbs to apply weight on the bottom of her neckline at the higher part of the back.  Do this for one minute or two.

5. Thereafter, go to her lower spine, at that section where the curve starts to where it ends.  This is a core moment of the experience, as this is where many of the stress knots are positioned.  Straighten them with presses and strokes from your thumbs and fingers.
