Another way to get the acid your stomach needs is by taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. This can be done when you get heartburn or it can be done regularly. Again, organic is most likely your best option. When natural ingredients are pasteurized they often lose their effectiveness.
Stay Away From The Wrong Foods
By staying away from the foods that give you heartburn the easier it is for you to treat the condition. Some common foods you should strive to avoid are chocolate, processed foods, and really spicy foods. But keep in mind that just about any food could be the cause of your heartburn. Righ down the the foods that cause heartburn to flare up.
Reduce Stress
I’ve known a number of people who get heartburn, bloating, gas, and stomach problems do to stress. It's important that you participate in relaxing activities to help keep stress away. I think a couple of the best things you can do for stress is yoga and meditation.
