Learning the Attracting Abundance Secrets

Most of us know we want, yet, attracting abundance is anything but a simple matter for most of us. We want the great houses, perfect jobs, fast cars, and perfect relationships, but why is it that so many of us try and fail to do this? It’s not that we don’t have the skills or abilities that those who seem to get these things effortlessly do. It’s just that we don’t know what’s behind attracting abundance, and how to make it happen for us.

What does it mean when we say ‘attracting abundance‘? It means that you attract what you want and need into your life for your subconscious and conscious mind. In short, you let the universe know that you are worth your dreams, and you’re worth having them come true. Once we know this for ourselves and once we realize the power of the universe, this abundance can’t help but come to us. We will truly be blessed beyond measure.

Simply, that’s because our thoughts have real power. They reflect our needs and desires, our level of self-esteem, and in short directly influence what will be attracted into our lives. If you are self-loathing and don’t believe in your own abilities, it’s going to be almost impossible to be good at attracting abundance. However, if you train yourself to think positive thoughts and on how to be confident, if you believe you deserve to get what you want and need, your life simply can’t do anything but overflow with abundance.

What is it about attracting abundance that some people seem to get and others don’t? In fact, no one is special and everyone can do this. It can work well for you, no matter who you are, as long as you harness your thoughts and ask the universe for guidance. Figure out why you want the things you want, and use meditation and self-reflection to help discover just exactly what that is.

To start attracting abundance, use note cards or a journal to record your daily thoughts. When you catch yourself making negative thoughts, write them down on a note card. Look at what you have written and write down a positive response. For example, writing ‘I hate my job.’ does not help you focus on your goal of getting a better paying job.

You could replace this negative draining thought by writing down ‘I deserve to work in a position I love.’ You can also choose to make the statement more detailed if desired. Using the note card to write down the specific field you are interested in, the ideal salary, and the exact position. Constantly look at these note cards and mentally picture yourself getting what you want.

Make a box that you can keep your goals in, and put note cards with those goals written on them, pictures that support those positive goals, and anything else in that box that will support your desires. For example, brochures from travel agencies to places you want to go to, pictures of houses you want to own, and so on.

Fantasizing is an important step involved in attracting abundance. When we daydream, sleep and meditate we let our imagination and creativity off a leash. Since our relaxed minds are more open, we can fantasize without any negative thoughts interrupting. To take advantage of this, try to fall asleep while focusing on what you desire from the universe.

Meditate in front of a picture that represents the goal you want to achieve, or your box of goals. Look in the mirror every day and say something nice about what you see to increase your confidence.

One thing you should know is that the universe tends to act very quickly. You shouldn’t be surprised if, once you believe attracting abundance is truly possible, that it comes very quickly. You’ll see obstacles and stumbling blocks simply disappear.

Develop Abundance Secrets - Should You Believe In It?

Want to be happy, healthy, and balanced mentally and spiritually? Sounds like you’re looking for a life of abundance. But how do you begin? when you develop abundance you need both internal changes and external actions. It begins with an open examination of yourself and your life as it is now and a willingness to heal the hurts in your life so you can begin to discover positive opportunities and experiences. It won’t always be easy, but it is worth the work.

How do people know when their lives lack abundance? The most common ‘give away’ is that they are deeply unhappy with some phase or other of their situation. It is often the case that people think of material possessions when they consider abundance. But the truth of the matter is that the people that have accumulated a great deal of personal wealth, but who still remain unhappy, do not experience an abundant life. It is often a sad fact of life that there are many wealthy individuals who despite their wealth have few friends, or do not even trust those that they have, and end up living under fulfilled existences.

In starting to develop abundance, then, needs to start with the way life is approached including beliefs, thinking patterns and emotional habits. If a person is willing to change the way they think (and speak) about things and to develop mature and positive emotional responses, they can turn their life around.

Everyone lives in an abundant universe but not everyone experiences that abundance equally. One of the most important steps in the process of developing abundance is to open up the channels for receiving it. Unresolved issues can block the flow of good into people’s lives. Unforgiveness, anxiety, guilt, shame, anger, and other negative attitudes and emotions can actually blind people to the good available to them and even repel positive experiences.

Anyone who is serious about developing abundance also needs to be serious about facing and overcoming their personal demons. An unfortunate truth is that victims in this world often continue to be victimised. The reason for this is that when people experience negative events or trauma, they also experience a range of feelings and develop beliefs about themselves that can cause them to get stuck in a cycle. This is why the ability to forgive and let go of past pain and grievances is essential to living a truly abundant life.

Developing abundance, then cannot be separated from self development. The first step on the journey to abundance is to take an honest look at one’s life now, evaluating beliefs and noting repetitive thoughts. Once this is honestly assessed, a person is in the position to set personal development and healing goals that will enhance their ability to experience an abundant life.

While changing how you think and feel will not come easily, you don’t have to do it alone. Modern therapies can help, from EFT or applied kinesiology (energy therapies) to cognitive behavior therapy; but you need to commit to doing what is required for as long as necessary to change your life. A large part of attracting abundance starts inside you.

However, developing abundance is not all about dealing with internal issues. Focussed action is also necessary. By setting goals and creating an action plan to achieve them, people can move from where they are now to where they want to be.

The road to abundance is trodden via a combination of inner change and outer focus. There are many people who although they are good goal setters and achievers don’t benefit from an abundant life because they simply do not believe or even see it. Having the benefit is no good if you do not know how to appreciate it. It is like having no benefit at all and cannot create happiness or contentment. To truly benefit from abundance you must first be able to recognize it, and second, you must be able to appreciate it.

Developing abundance in your life will enrich not only your life, but the lives of others as well. In developing abundance we grow our appreciation of everything and everyone around us. We become part of the abundance of our universe and enable others to start their own journey on the road to an abundant life.

Please Try Creating Abundance

Creating abundance; is it really that easy? Absolutely; there are a lot of ways you can create abundance in your life, and everyone deserves to be happy, including you. However, you might not know just how to get that happiness you so richly deserve.

Think of yourself for a minute; do you think of yourself in positive ways, or do you think of yourself in negative ways? Creating abundance requires that you must absolutely know that you deserve the things you want.

What is the first step to a life of abundance? Right now, take a few minutes to focus on a few things you’d like to have. Why do you need those things, and how can you get them? Make this a habit, and do it every day. After a few weeks, you should begin to notice that you do indeed think you deserve these things, and you’ll also know why you want or need them. You’ll know you deserve them, because this feeling of being deserving has been a central focus for you for the last several weeks.

It’s long been established that we only use around 10% of our brain’s capacity, but the other 90% remains dormant because it’s been left untrained. If you’d been taught from childhood to speak four languages fluently, those neural pathways within your mind would accept this form of thinking as normal. The same applies with learning to count or to read words on a page or to add numbers together. These are skills your mind is taught while you’re still very young and so they form part of your adult mind’s power.

Being deserving is a very important quality when it comes to creating abundance, because if you know what you want is something you also deserve, it will become yours. It may not happen instantly, but because it’s a driving passion of yours, you will ultimately obtain it, even unconsciously.

When it comes to creating abundance, your thoughts and actions matter. Your dreams and desires begin with your thoughts. Now, it’s up to you to take those thoughts and turn them into action. However, creating abundance should never feel like work.

Oftentimes, people don’t achieve their goals or have what they want because they don’t think they can get them. They don’t have faith in themselves and they don’t think they have the ability to make what they want to happen, happen.

Sit down right now and envision how you want your life to be. Don’t just think about material things you want, but focus on positive mental and emotional attributes, too, like peace. As you do this, focus as well on becoming more ambitious and more determined. These qualities will help you push through obstacles until you get to what you want. There are no limitations your life except for those you’ve set up in front of yourself. It really is that simple when it comes to creating abundance.

Now, you can also focus on negative things and thus avoid achieving goals or building the life you want. If negative people are in your life, you can ignore them, or you can include them in discussions about creating abundance, as well, so that happiness can flow freely for them, too.

Your mind the catalyst that will ultimately determine your actions. So if you’re convinced you’re never going to be happy, own that beautiful home, or have that dream car, you’ll continue to do things that thwart creating abundance.

Abundance in this life is what gives us feelings of happiness and joy; and not just about the physical possessions you own or your financial net worth. True abundance and true joy comes from having valued relationships, doing the things you love, good health, and a life that lets you live according to your values and beliefs.
