How Would Your Body Benefit With Body Cleansing

Body cleansing is an increasingly popular way to make yourself healthier. If you are not sure exactly what this process entails, do not worry. We are here to explain its benefits and its methods to you. For those of you who believe that weight loss is the only benefit of body cleansing, you could not be more wrong. Certainly that is an advantage, but it is by no means the only one. As you continue reading, you will learn many more.

What else can natural body cleanse do for you? It can help to clear your mind. It can give you a glow of good health because you will be healthier. Many are absolutely certain that there are certain anti aging effects and properties associated with a body cleanse. So, clearly, there are a great many benefits associated with the act.

Why is it so beneficial? The answer is simple: toxins. You see, our bodies absorb all manner of toxins every single day. These include toxins in the air from pollution, toxins in our food thanks to pesticides, and toxins in medications. As well, our own bodies produce certain kinds of toxins. Now, our bodies are also equipped to deal with toxins, but sometimes the responsible organs and systems can get severely overworked.

When those organs and systems get overworked, the toxins begin to have free reign. As a result, we can get sick. Chronic diseases may occur. At the very least, our immune systems can get weaker. Even our fat cells are adversely affected. You see, those fat cells can store the waste in our bodies rather than getting rid of it. Meaning, if you are overweight, those toxins can do a lot more damage.

Now we come to why cleansing your body can help to make you healthier. Detox processes require patience; the going may be slow at first, but as you get used to it, you will be glad you stuck with it. Your organs will be healthier and that will be good for your entire body. You will feel so much better afterwards.

In general, we tend to focus on internal cleansing. As a result, the most popular and arguably the most beneficial cleansing processes involve: kidney cleansing; liver cleansing, which is also known as parasite cleansing; and colon cleansing. These are by no means the only cleansing options, but they are very well known. As you can see, they involve those organs that typically eliminate the most toxins in the body.

These particular cleansing processes are not the only options available though; there are other options out there. Fasting is one of them. Also, changing up your diet can be a form of detoxing or cleansing. Drinking a lot of fruit and veggie juices is a fantastic way to rid your body of toxins.

The total body cleanse is a great way to promote excellent health. Your entire lifestyle will undergo a significant improvement. You will be a happier person overall and in general. Just be certain that the cleansing option you choose suits your needs. That way you will receive the most benefits! After all, there are a lot of different cleansing methods out there, so you will certainly have more than enough from which to choose!

Body Odor: A Sign of a Toxic Colon?

Have you ever wondered what body odor is and where exactly it comes from?

I bet you’d be surprised to know that body odor is often a sign of internal toxicity - and an indication of the need for colon cleansing. Have you seen any of the pictures on the Internet of rather enormous amounts of filth being released from the body through colon cleansing? Many companies that sell colon cleansing products will have some of these images for your viewing pleasure on thier Websites.

You might be a little shocked at the images of filth that most people carry in their bodies these days. You might also be surprised to learn that most people carry ten or more pounds of uneliminated waste in their colon walls, and they’ve been adding to it since childhood. And at some point, it’ll start to produce an odor.

Perhaps this is new for you, so let’s back up and talk about why this occurs.

Well, 20th and 21st century diets aren’t exactly what nature intended for us to be eating. Nature intended for us to be eating large amounts of fruits, vegetables, greens, beans, nuts, seeds, rice, and maybe an occasional fish or other animal - and importantly, not much else.

Since stoves and ovens didn’t come in the nature package, most of our food would be raw, or uncooked, and the fiber and enzymes in those foods still intact. It’s how our ancestors lived for millions of years, and it’s a diet designed to push the waste from our colon right out of our bodies quickly and easily. Did you notice that cheeseburgers, French fries, candy bars, and margaritas weren’t on the list? Neither was white bread, pasta or potato chips. In fact, eating the diet that nature designed for us is pretty much an anomaly these days - and also for the generations before ours.

And with this alteration, there is, of course, going to be an effect.

The effect is that waste doesn’t get pushed out of our bodies as quickly as it should. You might be surprised to know that in the few remote cultures on Earth that still follow a natural diet, it’s common for the people to have three bowel movements each day: one about thirty minutes after each meal. But in most cultures today, that too is an anomaly. When you understand how much trapped waste most people have in their colons today, you’ll know why it’s a common occurance for people to produce body odor, after just a couple of hours without washing.

Getting Environmental Chemcals Out of Our Bodies

A few years ago, newspapers across the country announced the finding of rocket fuel in milk. Yes, you did read that correctly, I did say rocket fuel. I was shocked and shared the information with a friend. My friend didn’t think this was a big deal, and honestly, I think I found that more astounding. Because, of course, people drink milk and therefore, they are putting rocket fuel into their bodies, sometimes several times each day. You understand that I’m saying..

Later, I learned that this same person believed that the chlorine that municipalities put in the water was both not harmful to drink and was actually helpful in making us clean while bathing. At first I was sure that this was a joke, but I was assured it was not. Sometimes you just scratch your head a little bit.

Unfortunately, though, I think it’s commonplace for people today to dramatically underestimate the damage caused to our bodies by putting such chemicals inside our bodies. And I believe it’s also common for people to underestimate and just be unaware of all of the hidden sources of dangerous chemicals, like in milk and so many more.

Unfortunately, our bodies aren’t designed for this bombardment of chemicals, and we don’t effectively eliminate all of these chemicals - so we end up storing a lot of them. And the assertion that all of these man-made chemicals are safe in the body is laughable. How would anyone know for an absolute fact that any of these chemicals are safe in the body?

Most of the chemicals that are common in the body haven’t been on the planet that long, so it would be absolutely impossible for any valid studies to have been done that look at the effects of time, accumulation, and the combination of the chemicals that you’re studying with other chemicals from other sources that are also trapped in the body. Or, for that matter, if all of these chemicals trapped in the body have any effects on the next generation. Or generations after that. It simply hasn’t been done, or has it?

At the same time that the use of so many different man-made chemicals in and on our bodies has increased, health problems have also increased dramatically. They’re rising so quickly you can almost watch it happen.  Not long ago, it was estimated that 30 percent of the population would have a problem with cancer. Now, it’s estimated that half of the population will have a problem with cancer.

In fact, you could look at our society as a whole, with the increase in both the number of common chemicals used in and on our bodies, and the dramatic rise in health problems and say conclusively: We’ve conducted one giant experiment, with the participation of an entire culture. Regrettably, we’ve found that without a doubt, the use and accumulation of unnatural chemicals in the body absolutely causes problems. Although often times, you don’t see the problems right away which is unfortunately why we didn’t make the connection sooner.

The only question left is: Do we want to keep up with this experiment? Or do we want to spend some time doing a deep body cleanse with a colon cleanse in order to remove these stored chemicals and curtail their use - in general? Do we want to put an stop this experiment or do we want to just let people (and generations) keep getting sicker and sicker? It’s our choice: What will we decide?

Can Cleansing Eliminate Body Odor?

Body odor becomes an interesting subject when you realize we’re really not meant to have it. Body odor is a sign of accumulated toxicity in our body, its odor leaking through our skin.

How do I know? Well, I’ve done very thorough body cleansing and except for a rare occasion, I haven’t had daily body odor in years - which wasn’t the case before I began cleansing. The occasion when it appears is when I’m detoxifying, in which case I can smell that mess as it’s leaving my body.

Perhaps you’ve seen photos on the Internet of often enormous amounts of filth exiting from the body through colon cleansing? You may have also heard that most people have 10 or more pounds of old decaying fecal matter trapped in their colons at any given time. And at some point, you have to understand that it’s going to start to smell.

Have you ever wondered why most people start smelling somewhere between 13 and 16 years old? And why don’t they smell prior?

The answer: that’s about the number of years it takes to clog up our insides enough to produce a daily odor. For most people, 13 to 16 years of generally unnatural eating habits does it just fine. And for most it’ll then take another 15 or 20 years to take it to the next level and produce what we call health problems from all of that accumulated waste in the body. But the point is, we’re not really supposed to smell from the inside out.

Bad breath is just another sign of toxicity in the body. To understand this, you’ll need to know that it’s a straight pathway from your mouth to your colon, and the reverse path is also true. So, bad breath (unless, of course, it’s garlic produced) is a sign of a toxic colon, and I’ll let you figure out the implications of what you’re really smelling.

Morning breath is common, and since I’ve cleansed deeply, it also hasn’t appeared in years. Why is morning breath so common and why does it occur? Let me explain…

Our bodies detoxify themselves as we sleep. They take this time to detoxify us because we’re not digesting food and therefore we have extra energy to direct to detoxification.

So, each night, our bodies work to detoxify us from our daily incoming load of chemicals and previously unaddressed toxins. And each morning, we can smell the toxins on our breath that have been loosened for removal. The white coating that is common on tongues in the morning - those are toxins your body is releasing.

Morning breath is a mild detoxification symptom - or a symptom people experience when their bodies are detoxifying. And the heavier the toxicity situation, the greater the symptoms. So, the more toxicity you have in your body, the more pungent your morning breath will be.

The good news is that you can cleanse your body to remove enormous stores of that toxicity, and along with it - you can remove your body odor.

One nice thing about cleansing your body enough so that you no longer have a daily odor is that deodorant is no longer needed.

Eliminating deodorant is important because most deodorants have aluminum as an ingredient. That may not seem very important until you understand that aluminum is associated with brain atrophying diseases - including dementia and Alzheimer’s - and that 90 percent of what you put on your skin makes it right into your blood. This makes eliminating deodorant an important step in the right direction - if you want to remember your grandchildren on your eighth birthday.
