Time for a Body Cleanse?

Is your body tired, worn out, and exhausted? Do you have chronic illness or get sick often? Often times, these are just signs of a toxic body, and signify the need to do some deep body cleansing.

But what is body cleansing? Body cleansing is just a way to cleanse and detoxify the inside of your body. Too often, people don’t think about what they’re eating or applying to their skin. But if you take a closer look, you’ll likely see a lot of unnatural chemicals on the labels, and these are chemicals that your body doesn’t really know what to do with. Because pesticides and insecticides don’t need to be labeled, unless you’re eating all organic foods, those chemicals are in every bite too.

You know those substances don’t belong inside you - but how do you go about getting them out of your body? That’s where deep cleansing comes in, and it often involves colon cleansing, liver cleansing, and even a gallbladder cleanse. Colon cleansing is done regularly with enemas, or even professional colonics. Liver cleansing is often done with coffee enemas. While coffee enemas sound a bit strange, they work like a charm! And believe it or not, you can remove your gallstones, by drinking concoctions of Epsom salts, and lemon juice and olive oil. You can find the complete recipe by doing a Google search.

Juice and water fasting can be part of a cleanse as well. Did you know that fasting is a powerful method of detoxification? Juice fasting feeds your body superior nutrition, while allowing your body to detoxify too.

Because the benefits of coconut oil are becoming so well recognized, it’s often used for deep detoxification. Did you even know coconut oil is a extraordinarily powerful antiviral and antibacterial? Coconut oil is so powerful that some cleanses are based entirely around fasting on lemonade with coconut oil in it.

Colon Cleanse Facts - Uncover Suitable Advice on Fresh Products

The incidence of colon cancer is second only to that of lung cancer. More and more people are diagnosed with this form of cancer every year. Are the harmful remnants of fecal matter in the intestine to blame for the increase in colon cancer cases?

Despite the fact that some in the mainstream medical community say colon cleansing is not necessary or even advisable, it remains a very popular alternative therapy for promoting optimum health.

The effects of colon cancer and other colon-related illnesses can be painful and long-lasting. Besides affecting the quality of life of the patient, it can become so severe that a colostomy is required. A colostomy is the surgical removal of portions of the intestine.

Depending on the amount of intestine that is removed, a colostomy bag may be necessary. Because fecal matter cannot pass through the intestines and follow the normal excretion process, it is passed into the colostomy bag. This must be manually emptied regularly.

Preventing this extreme procedure is the key. Cancer or other disorders of the colon are not always preventable, but there is a percentage of situations where problems are avoidable by maintaining good colon health through colonic irrigation and a healthy diet. You may even want to attempt the best colon cleanse out there.

Those trying to maintain colon health through diet typically avoid artificial foods and preservatives, such as high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils. These foods can attack your colon because they are not easily digested and excreted; this may make the colon more susceptible to illness.

While it is certainly true that natural foods can contribute to the incidence of colon cancer and disease, artificial, chemical-infused foods are thought to make the risk for serious illness much higher.

This constant abuse to your digestive system can impact its ability to absorb nutrients, and can result in chronic constipation.

This condition goes widely unnoticed by most of its sufferers, as bowel moments are made, but are reduced in size. This is due to the walls of the intestine being coated with hardened matter.

This can effect general health, because suffers become malnourished without knowing a problem even exists. Implementing a healthy diet will help minimize this problem. Natural foods pass naturally.

Incredibly, as much as five to twenty pounds of fecal matter can build up in the colon. At this point, diet may help alleviate the problem, but it won’t eliminate it.

When people have such high amounts of built-up fecal matter on their intestine walls, it may result in an overall feeling of ill health. Treating this with laxatives or hydrotherapy can be very effective. These colonic irrigation methods cleanse the bowels. They can then start to absorb nutrients and start working as they should.

Not only will this improve your overall health, but many people report weight loss from multiple cleansings.

How do you know you have an issue with your colon? You may notice different signs, which may include diarrhea, insomnia, gas, fatigue, constipation, prostate problems, headaches, backaches, and weight retention. Many of these go unnoticed because you may not immediately link them with colon health, and they may be very mild.

If you experience any of these symptoms, your colon may be trying to tell you something. Listen and improve your health. To get your financial health under control, begin with a free credit report. However, to maintain great health in your body long term, consider burn the fat feed the muscle.

Body Odor: A Sign of a Toxic Colon?

Have you ever wondered what body odor is and where exactly it comes from?

I bet you’d be surprised to know that body odor is often a sign of internal toxicity - and an indication of the need for colon cleansing. Have you seen any of the pictures on the Internet of rather enormous amounts of filth being released from the body through colon cleansing? Many companies that sell colon cleansing products will have some of these images for your viewing pleasure on thier Websites.

You might be a little shocked at the images of filth that most people carry in their bodies these days. You might also be surprised to learn that most people carry ten or more pounds of uneliminated waste in their colon walls, and they’ve been adding to it since childhood. And at some point, it’ll start to produce an odor.

Perhaps this is new for you, so let’s back up and talk about why this occurs.

Well, 20th and 21st century diets aren’t exactly what nature intended for us to be eating. Nature intended for us to be eating large amounts of fruits, vegetables, greens, beans, nuts, seeds, rice, and maybe an occasional fish or other animal - and importantly, not much else.

Since stoves and ovens didn’t come in the nature package, most of our food would be raw, or uncooked, and the fiber and enzymes in those foods still intact. It’s how our ancestors lived for millions of years, and it’s a diet designed to push the waste from our colon right out of our bodies quickly and easily. Did you notice that cheeseburgers, French fries, candy bars, and margaritas weren’t on the list? Neither was white bread, pasta or potato chips. In fact, eating the diet that nature designed for us is pretty much an anomaly these days - and also for the generations before ours.

And with this alteration, there is, of course, going to be an effect.

The effect is that waste doesn’t get pushed out of our bodies as quickly as it should. You might be surprised to know that in the few remote cultures on Earth that still follow a natural diet, it’s common for the people to have three bowel movements each day: one about thirty minutes after each meal. But in most cultures today, that too is an anomaly. When you understand how much trapped waste most people have in their colons today, you’ll know why it’s a common occurance for people to produce body odor, after just a couple of hours without washing.

Getting Environmental Chemcals Out of Our Bodies

A few years ago, newspapers across the country announced the finding of rocket fuel in milk. Yes, you did read that correctly, I did say rocket fuel. I was shocked and shared the information with a friend. My friend didn’t think this was a big deal, and honestly, I think I found that more astounding. Because, of course, people drink milk and therefore, they are putting rocket fuel into their bodies, sometimes several times each day. You understand that I’m saying..

Later, I learned that this same person believed that the chlorine that municipalities put in the water was both not harmful to drink and was actually helpful in making us clean while bathing. At first I was sure that this was a joke, but I was assured it was not. Sometimes you just scratch your head a little bit.

Unfortunately, though, I think it’s commonplace for people today to dramatically underestimate the damage caused to our bodies by putting such chemicals inside our bodies. And I believe it’s also common for people to underestimate and just be unaware of all of the hidden sources of dangerous chemicals, like in milk and so many more.

Unfortunately, our bodies aren’t designed for this bombardment of chemicals, and we don’t effectively eliminate all of these chemicals - so we end up storing a lot of them. And the assertion that all of these man-made chemicals are safe in the body is laughable. How would anyone know for an absolute fact that any of these chemicals are safe in the body?

Most of the chemicals that are common in the body haven’t been on the planet that long, so it would be absolutely impossible for any valid studies to have been done that look at the effects of time, accumulation, and the combination of the chemicals that you’re studying with other chemicals from other sources that are also trapped in the body. Or, for that matter, if all of these chemicals trapped in the body have any effects on the next generation. Or generations after that. It simply hasn’t been done, or has it?

At the same time that the use of so many different man-made chemicals in and on our bodies has increased, health problems have also increased dramatically. They’re rising so quickly you can almost watch it happen.  Not long ago, it was estimated that 30 percent of the population would have a problem with cancer. Now, it’s estimated that half of the population will have a problem with cancer.

In fact, you could look at our society as a whole, with the increase in both the number of common chemicals used in and on our bodies, and the dramatic rise in health problems and say conclusively: We’ve conducted one giant experiment, with the participation of an entire culture. Regrettably, we’ve found that without a doubt, the use and accumulation of unnatural chemicals in the body absolutely causes problems. Although often times, you don’t see the problems right away which is unfortunately why we didn’t make the connection sooner.

The only question left is: Do we want to keep up with this experiment? Or do we want to spend some time doing a deep body cleanse with a colon cleanse in order to remove these stored chemicals and curtail their use - in general? Do we want to put an stop this experiment or do we want to just let people (and generations) keep getting sicker and sicker? It’s our choice: What will we decide?
