Getting Environmental Chemcals Out of Our Bodies

A few years ago, newspapers across the country announced the finding of rocket fuel in milk. Yes, you did read that correctly, I did say rocket fuel. I was shocked and shared the information with a friend. My friend didn’t think this was a big deal, and honestly, I think I found that more astounding. Because, of course, people drink milk and therefore, they are putting rocket fuel into their bodies, sometimes several times each day. You understand that I’m saying..

Later, I learned that this same person believed that the chlorine that municipalities put in the water was both not harmful to drink and was actually helpful in making us clean while bathing. At first I was sure that this was a joke, but I was assured it was not. Sometimes you just scratch your head a little bit.

Unfortunately, though, I think it’s commonplace for people today to dramatically underestimate the damage caused to our bodies by putting such chemicals inside our bodies. And I believe it’s also common for people to underestimate and just be unaware of all of the hidden sources of dangerous chemicals, like in milk and so many more.

Unfortunately, our bodies aren’t designed for this bombardment of chemicals, and we don’t effectively eliminate all of these chemicals - so we end up storing a lot of them. And the assertion that all of these man-made chemicals are safe in the body is laughable. How would anyone know for an absolute fact that any of these chemicals are safe in the body?

Most of the chemicals that are common in the body haven’t been on the planet that long, so it would be absolutely impossible for any valid studies to have been done that look at the effects of time, accumulation, and the combination of the chemicals that you’re studying with other chemicals from other sources that are also trapped in the body. Or, for that matter, if all of these chemicals trapped in the body have any effects on the next generation. Or generations after that. It simply hasn’t been done, or has it?

At the same time that the use of so many different man-made chemicals in and on our bodies has increased, health problems have also increased dramatically. They’re rising so quickly you can almost watch it happen.  Not long ago, it was estimated that 30 percent of the population would have a problem with cancer. Now, it’s estimated that half of the population will have a problem with cancer.

In fact, you could look at our society as a whole, with the increase in both the number of common chemicals used in and on our bodies, and the dramatic rise in health problems and say conclusively: We’ve conducted one giant experiment, with the participation of an entire culture. Regrettably, we’ve found that without a doubt, the use and accumulation of unnatural chemicals in the body absolutely causes problems. Although often times, you don’t see the problems right away which is unfortunately why we didn’t make the connection sooner.

The only question left is: Do we want to keep up with this experiment? Or do we want to spend some time doing a deep body cleanse with a colon cleanse in order to remove these stored chemicals and curtail their use - in general? Do we want to put an stop this experiment or do we want to just let people (and generations) keep getting sicker and sicker? It’s our choice: What will we decide?

Alternate Health Treatment Can Be Trusted

e are people who simply refuse to use any type of medication other than what they feel to be pure alternative health care. This means they want to use natural remedies or treatment such as colon cleanse as opposed to what is known otherwise as western medicine. Alternative is a tough word for some, because such practices are things/practise that were used long before any type of western medicine was practiced. However, natural remedies are still considered alternative in United States because it is not mainstream.

A popluar form of alternative health treatment is acupuncture. This form of treatment has been used for centuries as a way to cure just about anything you can think of. Small needles are pierce into the body near pressure points and are meant to open and faciliate the flow of energy through the body. The smooth flow of these energies are tightly couple with illness. Those that underwent alternative health will swear by the effectiveness. Some even use the treatment for things like quitting smoking and drinking.

Alternative health may also imply using natural herb to cure. But you need to be careful. Do not think that natural means safe. If you are on any existing medication, you should talk to your doctore before trying any herbs treatment. This is because natural herbs can cause reaction with your medicine. You do not want to try anything that could further harm you rather than helping you. Never stop your medication unless your doctor say so.

You can certainly on your own, learn about and practice natural health remedies. But you do need to know what you are doing. That means you have to find someone who is qualified in this field to guide you.If you are treating your loved ones, then you should really make sure you know what you are doing. Alternative health practices can be very effective, but just as with other medical procedures, you have to be careful.

Are We Really That Toxic? Let Me Count the Ways…

I find it more than a bit entertaining that I’m such a big proponent of colon cleansing because the first couple times anyone brought up the subject around me, my response was something along the lines of, “Um, do you mind if we talk about something else?”

But something about the extremely flat stomach of the second person who brought it to my attention, got me signed up in a cleansing and detoxification spa just a few weeks later. While there, I plugged my nose with toilet paper while colon cleansing and was absolutely repulsed at the filth that came pouring out of me. But eventually, I got comfortable with the process, and became repulsed at the filth that was inside of me, and also very determined to get it out of my body.

Most people don’t know it, but the average person has ten or more pounds of old, uneliminated fecal matter in their colon and it can take some work to get it out. Most people also aren’t aware that many health problems can be directly attributed to having such a massive amount of stored waste inside the body.

For about a hundred years, esteemed naturopaths have said that all illness begin in the colon. While I still believe this to be true today, these days, most people also have small holes in their colon walls - which allows waste from the colon to escape and reside en masse throughout the entire body.

It is a relatively new problem for the human population, and it can be attributed to a common fungal condition in the body called candida overgrowth. It’s estimated that close to 90 percent of the population has a problem with candida overgrowth, but most don’t know it. Also unfortunately, candida overgrowth is rarely diagnosed, but the symptoms are often given the names of disease.

To get you up to speed on candida overgrowth, it’s a common problem that develops when the healthy bacteria in the colon (called probiotics) are killed - usually by taking antibiotics, birth control pills, or steroids, and by having a high sugar and refined carbohydrate diet (foods that feed the fungus).

When these healthy bacteria that dine on the yeast candida are gone, the yeast that was only meant to reside in our colons in very small amounts can now grow to large proportions. In large proportions, the yeast now morphs into a fungus, and often eats small holes right through your colon walls - which allows the filth in the colon to escape and pollute the entire body. This combination, as you can imagine, creates highly toxic people and can be responsible for any number of health problems, including what appear from the outside to be emotional problems.

These are just a few of the reasons the colon and candida cleansing are so desperately needed. Most people don’t understand how much waste is stored in the average person’s body or how many problems such toxic conditions create in the human body. But when you see it all pour out of you in amounts you never in a million years would have thought possible, the question, “Are we really that toxic?” becomes kind of mute. And when you watch your health problems disappear along with the stored filth, what was actually the cause of the problem also becomes quite clear.
