Methods Used In Power Of Subconscious Mind

Though you might not recognize it for such, you brain is the most powerful organ you have under your own control, and you can do some amazing things with your subconscious. Everything that you do, say and create is a creation of your mind and you might be surprised how often the power of your subconscious mind is in control of whatever you do.

Think about what happens when you automatically change the channel on your television. You think about it, and then you do it, but do you ever have moments where you do that entire set of motions without thinking about it? You might never have noticed but the truth is that you definitely do it! Consider how this subconscious mind power activity works and how you might have used it.

Your sub-conscious mind acts and reacts according to the stimulus it receives, whether you recognize it or not. This can mean that negative or upsetting images on the TV can have an effect on your sub-conscious thoughts in the same way as those negative comments you tell yourself when you feel doubt have the same effect. This is the power of your subconscious mind.

It is only through utilization of their full potential that people learn to let go of the material wants and needs of the world and focus on their true potential as human beings. Don’t be afraid of the subconscious mind; it’s a reservoir of untapped potential. Thinking it only contains negative outcomes is an example of negativity breeding negativity.

However, that same concept can be run in reverse. Thinking of the positive outcomes of an action can make them come closer to their realization. This need not be complicated, it’s not rocket science. With affirmations, you can do things like quit smoking or drinking or even overeating. With constant repetition of your affirmation, you can tap into your subconscious mind and get the response and the level of commitment that you need to move forward; this can really change your behavior for the better!

There are lots of other ways that you can use the subconscious mind as well. Using a post hypnotic suggestion is one great tool to use. Remember that you do not need to merely think about things that are only theoretically possible; you can manifest whatever you want if only you are wiling to put thought into it and to communicate with your subconscious mind.

How To Utilize Subconscious Mind Power To Communicate

Sometimes when there is a complex subject, it’s easiest to relate them to a movie. When it comes to the subconscious mind, the best movie to talk about is the Field of Dreams. A movie that allowed a man to believe his inner voice and take action when it said, ‘If you build it they will come.’

This came from his subconscious mind power and ended up making him realize he needed to plow over half his crops. Even though he wasn’t sure why his mind was telling him this, he still went with it during one of the roughest parts of his life. By the movies end, he was making more money then he ever even dreamed, which wasn’t his initial reason for building a baseball field in the first place.

I apologize if you haven’t seen this movie before, but trust me, I didn’t really give that much away. It’s a great feel good story and one that can teach us a valuable lesson about subconscious mind power. If you truly believe in what it tells you, then it will happen. However, you must train it to change your life for the better, not for worse.

Studies show that often the placebo was as effective as the real medication in helping the patient. Scientists have looked at the phenomenon of subconscious mind power for quite some time now. Just understanding the whole process is a masterful thing in itself, but utilizing it can make all the difference in your life.

You may have been subject to it and not even known. Doctors are very good at staying positive when they’re with a patient. Rarely will you find someone like House who is sarcastic and gives you every dying detail. Instead, they will focus on the positive and that the medication or procedure they’re prescribing is the right answer.

What do these two examples above prove? That the power of suggestion AND the power of the subconscious mind will give you a very powerful results. It works in the medical field, and it can work in your everyday life, too. Why can’t you tap into this power and positively change your life? There are two ways to begin your journey towards opening up the subconscious mind. You can either focus on a positive agenda or you can use the visualization technique. Both of them are successful, but what it comes down to is whether or not you respond better to one over the other.

Another way to visualize that’s very effective, as well as with the first technique, is to create a physical picture of what you want. For example, if you want a new car, you can find a picture of the car you want in a magazine or something similar. Put that picture on your refrigerator so that you see it several times a day. Or, better yet, have a friend take a picture of you standing next to that car. As you see that picture of you standing next to that car over and over again, it eventually becomes imprinted on your subconscious mind that you are to have that car, and you eventually will have it as a reality.

These traits have withstood the test of time and are only being recognized more so today. It’s been thousands of years since ancient religions continuously trained their subconscious mind and opened up the power behind it. Hopefully we will continue to embrace the positive effects it can have on our lives as a society.

Understand that the subconscious mind is how we create matter and energy. Quantum physics shows that Without the observer it is not possible for anything to exist. So the next time something happens, please understand you made it happen. Even if it’s something bad that you were focusing on, then something negative will form around you.

This is probably a lot to take in the first time around, but when you understand it more you’ll be able to tap into the power that the subconscious mind holds. In the beginning stages we recommend giving yourself the affirmations necessary to train the mind. Whether you do it with pictures or thoughts, we’ll leave that up to you.

Can you imagine if you were able to go from a 9 to 5 job making - an hour, to something that doubled your paychecks? It’s possible, but it all starts with you. Just remember to place these affirmations around your home, work, car, wallet, purse, or anywhere you will see it several times throughout the day.

How to Describe Mind Power

Just in case you didn’t already know, your mind is like a magnet. What it thinks and sees, it will eventually attract. There is this thing that is called the law of attraction, and it deals very strongly with mind power. The law of attraction is basically the act of believing something is going to happen so strongly that it does. You can have the best life if you want it, but you have to be able to think it, feel it, and envision it first. This may take some practice, but success only comes with persistence in any endeavor. The power of the mind is amazing.

The Law of Attraction works even if you don’t believe in it. Whether you choose to use your mind power positively or not is up to you; we only use 10% of our brain’s capacity for conscious thought, the rest is a well of untapped unconscious potential, and you’re using it now whether you admit to it or not ? and people who find fault in everything tend to use it to pull more trouble to them.

Your mind is the filter through which you see the real world; what you perceive and make yourself aware of is what you act upon. If you make your attitude positive, you’ll notice more positive outcomes, and you can use your subconscious mind power to draw more beneficial results to you. All you need to do is think on what you want to achieve and let that guide your actions, so every step you take is towards the furthering of the goal.

There are a few things that you can do to start to increase your existing amount of mind power. One of those things involves the use of visualization. This is a very powerful technique because it will help you to exercise your current state of mind power, and might possibly be able to ‘flip the switch on’ for you in terms of gaining more.

Visualization is simply taking the time to think through what it would be like to have achieved your goal, to focus on it, to take it into your mental fortress and let it seep into your subconscious. Make mental images and explore them. It will help you recognize the opportunities to make those images into reality when you encounter them. What this is doing is imprinting your subconscious mind with opportunities to excel. Use this to shape how you want your life to be when this all works.

If you have to, write everything down on a piece of paper, kind of like a story. Think about the goals that you have for yourself so that you have something to go with. Create your visions around those goals. When you write things down, it makes it hard for you to forget. Try doing this several times a day until it becomes a reality in the back of your mind.

Affirmations are another technique that you can use to boost your mind power, by giving yourself a positive self image boost. President Obama got into office with the simple affirmation of Yes We Can, and that same attitude can help you accomplish other goals. Do things like affirming that you’re going meet specific targets in a given month, whether they’re goals for saving money or losing weight ? something that’s definite and measurable, and keep affirming that potential in your mind. Do this often enough and it’ll become a habit, and good things will follow.

Developing more mind power can also be done by brainwave entrainment. This is simply brainwave synchronization that involves the use of different frequencies through audio technology. Our brains have the natural ability to do several things. One of them consists of the power to heal itself. This can be turned on even more through this type of advanced audio technology. Other things consist of the ability to enhance memory and bring into effect our already existing psychic powers. Different frequencies can do a whole lot concerning mind power. This is a very advanced type of procedure, but it works wonders.

Some of you may even enjoy things like Hypnosis to get that mind power flowing. A great example of this is when people want to quit smoking. They’ve tried Nicorette, prescription drugs, cold turkey, and everything else under the sun to no avail. So when all else fails, the next step is Hypnosis. All you do is go to a session, relax, and listen to someone tell you the same thing over and over again. Eventually they get the person to believe in themselves and convince them they can kick the habit. The mind is simply a wonderful thing if you know how to open it up.

Power Of Mind Over Fortune

Once upon a time there were all kinds of anti-drug commercials for young teens. While they were very successful in the 80s to help bring down the overall usage, many people didn’t realize the benefits it was really giving everyone. The subconscious mind is a very intriguing part of any individual, and the power of mind can be used to help you change your life in a positive manner.

Have you heard about the Law of Attraction? In the last five years it has been a popular topic that has transformed the live of several people around the world. The goal behind it is to help you understand that we can all manipulate our minds into creating reality by using the power of mind. In fact, some people have even blamed their subconscious mind on negative actions hoping it would lighten their sentences in a court room.

Scientific studies of the subconscious mind show this more than ever. In today’s world we use studies like the Placebo Effect to understand the thoughts that can run through an individuals mind. Can you imagine thinking you’re going to take a drug that is supposed to solve a problem and it doesn’t? It happens all the time, but most of the time it’s because your mind is telling you it won’t. This is just one of the many features that revolve around the Placebo Effect study. This shows that mind power is very powerful!

It’s amazing to see how those who only got a placebo are able to cure their ailment. It’s just one of the many ways we can prove how powerful the subconscious mind can alter your life.

In order to do this though, you’ll have to find a goal. We really don’t care what it is as long as it’s something concrete and narrowed down. Maybe you just want to save 0 extra bucks a month or make it through the day without being angry, depressed, or upset. Whatever you decide is fine and making it happen will be completely up to you (even though we’ll help you every step of the way).

Unfortunately it’s not as simple as it seems. Take for instance the person who wants to lose weight. You spend 24 hours a day fighting off those thoughts in your head that say, ‘Well if I only have one it will be okay.’ Eventually one of them hits home and you find yourself off your diet. It’s definitely not a fun situation, but with the proper training you can overcome these obstacles.

And that opens up doors. Learning how to use the power of your mind can change your life, by giving you focus, by making a lot of your goals attainable. It’s better to keep your mind open to opportunities, to let the Law of Attraction work for you, than to let negative impressions derail your life.

The Law of Attraction is all about goal visualization. You need to define a concrete, clear goal. Don’t wish for a lot of money ? set a goal aside for a certain amount of money, and set reachable, achievable daily goals. Next, try to direct every mental action you take towards achieving that goal, and pull yourself away from distracting influences. Keep that effort constant. Try to clear your mind of the usual pattern of thirty different thoughts running at once.

So I used the subconscious mind to understand that everything happens for a reason and whatever course they were taken somehow affecting me. Maybe if those drivers were moving faster I would have been in an accident. Then of course if my co-workers wouldn’t have been so lazy, I might not have gotten a promotion. The kids are just being kids, so thinking this way allowed me to create many memorable memories.

You are going to have to deal with all the ins and outs of the subconscious mind. It’s important for you to understand that you can change your life by creating everything around you. This takes us back to the theories around quantum physics again and that it truly is mind over matter. How many times have you told yourself you can’t make a certain payment on time? Did you do it, or did you spend money elsewhere because you didn’t think it was feasible? We could on and on, but you get the idea.

There are several different ways to take advantage of the subconscious mind. Society sees this everyday and doesn’t even realize it. Have you ever heard a commercial that tells you the telephone number like 15 times? The next time you hear that commercial you already know the number right? Now you think about all the benefits of their product, if you let it into your subconscious mind.

It’s up to you to make your life. You can either sit passively by and let life happen to you, or you can grab it and direct it using the power of your mind. Work on small goals and build up to larger ones the same way small rocks can lead to a sturdy platform to see the world from. Don’t let anyone or anything stand in the way of the power of your mind with the Law of Attraction.
